This is Episode 3 of the series titled Back to the Basics: A Guide for Growth featuring Scott McNally.  Scott is the prolific podcaster of the bodybuilding arena and you can find all of his shows on bodybuildingnerds.com and advicesradio.com, and of course you can look for Bodybuilding Nerds and the Advices Radio Network on all platforms where great podcasts are disseminated.  During this episode you are going to hear Scott bring us all kinds of useful info regarding the nutrition aspects of being fit.  Scott guides us by breaking down the  macro-nutrients that we need, with an emphasis on proteins but he also brings the fats and carbs to the table, you get that? To the table?  That was pretty good right?  But no he also discusses emotional eating and some of the things that we have to cut out of the diet  Like refined sugar.  It is evil folks.  Its the debil.  At any rate, I am personally taking full advantage of the information being brought to us by the very knowledgeable Scott McNally and I implore you to do the same.
